Please tell me if you still have not received the payment as the longest it takes is 3 business days.
Should you not have received the payment please call 0860123000 find out where in the process the funds are.

A client with a standard bank account made a payment to my fnb account on Friday 23 September 2016 at 2.40pm.
It is now Wednesday 28 September 2016 , 8.20am and it still does not reflect on my account.
Please advise if this is normal with Standard bank
(Please excuse if the question is silly, but as a FNB account holder we are used to much faster EFT Processing times)
Please note that we have also advised our client to switch banks based on this very slow procesing time in the 21st century.
