Hi
due to a system error on standard bank systems a supplier was overpayed. The bank has acknowledged it is/was a system error on the bank side and nothing incorrect when i did the eft.
This issue occured on the 25th of July. three calls later and to date no return of the overpayment has been executed.
This was a known issue at the time and the bank kept the online banking application available.
Escalated to IT and team leader...no response.
This is pathetic from a bank i have been using for +-20yrs. Is it time to consider an alternate?
How many other people are affected by this?
