Hi Team, so I've been with Standard Bank for a couple of months now. All of a sudden a statement charge of R30 appear on my statement, I didn't authorize this or request a statement. Care to advise how this happened and how I get it reversed? I know it's a small amount but it's about principle. Add R30 to a million clients and you generate an extra R30 mil?
