The best way to resolve this will be to visit the nearest branch with your ID book, the will be no cost to this as the card was not lost but retained by our ATM. Make sure you stop your card on your app or contact us here: 086 123 000.

My card was swallowed end of August 2018 and my banker told me I need pay for a new card.
I felt its so unfair to pay for a new card ..it is very iconvenient not to have a card.
