The bank closed my spouse's bank account because dormant.

My spouse's account whas closed because dormant without letting her know that this would happen.  She received a bank statement in december 2023 any no communication whas sent to her about her account being dormant.  January 2024 she received a bank statement where was communicated that the account was closed due for being dormant.  We don't even know where the money went too.
