I'm trying to set up Egoli Gas as a beneficiary on internet banking.
Each time I try I get the error message:
The reference number could not be identified for this account holder.
I am using the reference number given to me by Egoli Gas on my invoice i.e. my account number.
Does this mean Egoli Gas has not given Standard Bank my reference number?
Has anyone else expereiced this issue?
