Hello @Dwtsn,

 

Please be advised that payments to other banks may take two to three business days to reflect on the beneficiary's statement. The delay could be the result of the weekend if the payment was made during this period as weekends and public holidays aren't considered business days. Kindly note that should the funds not reflect in the next 24 hours, forward your account details, ID number and contact number to [email protected] with the subject line "EFT not cleared" so that we may look into this matter and assist you further.

I received a transfer confirmation made from my first national Bank account to my standard bank account and it's been three days now and it still not available in my standard bank account, what is the delay
