You have log into your Standard Bank App, go to your Ucounts - at the top the 2 lines tap that then go to "My UCount Rewards Card" and reset PIN

You have log into your Standard Bank App, go to your Ucounts - at the top go to 3 lines tap then look for "Goals and Gains" and look in the list the important thing to check for when it expires always click on "Ucounts" sometimes will take up to 24 hours to reflect example 200 Ucounts = R20, 500 Ucounts = R50 etc. hope that helps,

Ucount points are activated once you've subscribed to Ucounts. To redeem points you can use our banking app and the physical card at participating retail outlets.
Linking your Ucount profile on the banking app also enables you to transfer your points to your investment savings and loan accounts. You will log in the app, select your add on store at the bottom of your screen, select Ucount, select redeem and follow the prompts.
