So I have been paying for Ucount for about 3 months now and I have not been collecting any rewards. Please can you help?

Hello @Seanmul,

 

Please note that in order to collect points once your UCount card has been activated, you will need to make use of either your credit, debit or cheque card to pay for your qualifying purchases at any of our retail partners. If you've been following the set process and still been unable to collect points, kindly get in touch with our UCount team on 0860 82 68 68 or [email protected] in order to be assisted further.
