When adding Ithuba Holding Pty Ltd (one of the listed beneficiaries) and using my 10-digit cell phone number as beneficiary reference as prescribed by Ithuba, both the new internet banking website and mobile app return the following error:
"Please enter a valid beneficiary reference"
Please investigate the issue and revert when it has been fixed.

Hi. This is still not working. Any word on the issue being resolved? Then you say look for "'Ntaional Lottery eWallet". Where? On the smartphone banking app? The Internet banking app? Under which section?

This issue was raised by Riaan in January... and three months later it has not been fixed.

Hi. Sooooooo frustrating - months later and problem still not resolved. Sevice delivery is pathetic! Worse still, is the fact that the queries are blatantly ignored.

Are you querying about the Ithuba Holdings issue? If so, please look for 'National Lottery eWallet'. The Ithuba Holdings one is for vendors.

Yes, everyone can see Ithbuba as a vendor. I am also unable to add Ithuba as a beneficiary. The process does not work for some reason. It just keeps on jumping to the start of the process after entering the OTP that gets sent.
Try it for yourself and you will see.
