Unable to reduce Revolving Credit Facility

Hi All,
I activated a load to increase my Revolving Credit. Called the Call Center and was asked to go into the Branch. Then, I went to the branch and they could reduce the amount.
Now, the Bank has charged me and extra R2,200.00 in bank charges.
I’d really like to reduce this amount, as I have not used the money at all.
How can you help?
