There is a cell phone company that I canceled but for over a year still keeps on taking money from my account.

I have been to my branch but yet can not find a solution.

How is this possible?

I wanted to chance my account number but was advised by the consultant I am not allowed. Therefore I have been paying for something that was canceled.
