I've been a customer for over 20 years.
I was recently contacted by one of your colleague to say that if I pay about R445 my car insurance policy will be reinstated. I then deposited R450 into my account. I then get notification that R4101.90 was debited. And on top of that I was charged R147 for an unpaid debit order. I want all charges reversed immediately and my insurance paid up as per the agreement. Apparently the conversation was recorded so please look into this matter urgently. I also sent two requests on the call me back service. I have not received any calls. This is totally unacceptable. I am now without any car insurance. Will you pay if something happens to my vehicle?
Bear in mind that I am not working for 6 months now and money is very tight but I try and pay my accounts only for Standard Bank to steal my money like this on ridiculous service fees!
