Virtual Generic card

I have used my Generic virtual card several times and it worked amazingly. But recently it doesn't seem to work anymore. It's like it cannot be seen by the other party. Today I even topped it up and tried to pay for my purchase but it said insufficient funds but I had enough in the card and I've also used it before in this site and it has worked. So I removed the card and created a new one in case it was an error with it but it still says the same thing. I also have a takealot virtual card that works fine. It's just his card giving me a probably recently.
