CSP can be changed on cellphone banking on option *120*2345# option 5 then 2. If your ATM pin is also blocked you need to visit your nearest branch with your ID book, and your bank card for assistance.

Unfortunately no one will help you over the phone or even get to ask you security questions. They just tell you to go to a branch.

Dissapointing, this needs to be made easier, especially after COVID where sitting at a branch takes you 5 hours.

The best way to resolve this without visiting the branch is to contact us here: 0860 123 000 for further assistance. Please note that due to security of your account you will need to verify this account through our security questions to make sure that your money is safe.
