Hello, I am applying for a new passport. I have completed the payment page on the Home Affairs website. How do I authorise the Home Affairs payment via my Internet banking?

Hello @gamielf,

Please be advised that your brother will need to get either a debit or cheque card as the payment for the smart ID/passport will need to be made using the online banking platform which needs to have an active account. Please visit: https://www.standardbank.co.za/southafrica/personal/learn/value-added-services/Get-your-Smart-ID-or-... for more information on how to get your smart ID or passport.

Kind Regards,

Mandy

Hi.

My brother in law would like to make use of e-Home Affairs in Std Bank Canal Walk but does not have a Std Bank. What type of account can he open, or can he open any account including savings?

Thank you all
