Hi Hans,

Which mobile device do you use? If its an iOS then if you use the fingerprint feature then you will be able to login using that as opposed to typing in your password. You will enable this feature on the settings > touch ID.

This is crazy. Your site asks if you want to login with ones fingerprint but nowhere can one find the app to register your fingerprint

You may use the following steps to set this up:

·         Go to the ‘Settings’ function on your iPhone

·         Go through the step-by-step guide on setting up your fingerprint

·         Visit the Standard Bank smartphone app from your iPhone

·         You will be invited to use Touch ID as your way of logging in
