Please confirm if this was sent through your account or someone sent you the voucher? If yes, please contact the sender to confirm if the voucher was withdrawn.
Note, if the voucher was withdrawn and the was no money in the ATM we will need to investigate this with our ATM's team. Please share more details on this voucher and the ATM details, where was the transaction made, date and time to better investigate.

Hi,
Yesteday I sent instant money to myself, Machine did not give money but translation was processed and money deducted on my account.
The Voucher is not even showing on my App under Manage Vouchers.
Please help.
