When I try to do internatiol payments (online banking) I get error message: ''This service is currently unavailable. Please try again later, while we investigate''. I live in England and need to transfer money from my standard bank account to my Uk bank account. I ve been in contact with customer service countless times and supplied all the info they requested and still no progress. Ive been trying to get help noone gets back to me. In 2019 I was forced to travel to RSA for a weekend to do a forex transfer. Now I still have the same problem and think its ridiculous that I have to fly there again to sign a few pages. Im thinking of closing my account. Any ideas please.
