I was told by my consultant that some people had experienced problems with online shopping and she did not know why. However, it should work and if not then it would be attended to. This does not seem to be the case. How is it that Standard Bank does not provide this service? And why is it that so many people were mislead and all Standard Bank has to say is, 'you need to upgrade'? WE WERE NOT MADE FULLY AWARE OF THE FACT THAT IT WILL NEVER BE POSSIBLE TO MAKE ONLINE PURCHASES!
I want a free upgrade with no extra fees whatsoever! I think that is the least Standard Bank can do. Who agrees?
