i applied for a personal and i got approved ,fine than i was told i needed to pay R1470 for admin fees i paid gor an SMS that the amount was transferred into my account but the money is pending awaiting insured code , i contacted MFS they told any amount above the sum of R5,000 has to be insured in the borrower name according to South African Financial Service Law General Amendment Act of 2008.

is the anyone who is fimilar with this who can explain it to me .
