reversing debits

Hi I would like to reverse an amount of around R600, but the app and online banking only allow for R200 or less, can I increase this amount to be reversed. The thieves keep changing the amounts and the references. I await your response Thanks

Please be advised that you can only reverse a debit order within 45 days of the issue date (i.e. within 45 days after the debit order goes off of your account).
