Hello @muliwacindy,

 

Please be advised that you may get in touch with our card division on 0861 201 000 in order to request that the card be stopped. Kindly note that you have the option to arrange for a new card to be sent to you provided that it's a Cheque or Credit Card and it will be sent to your nearest branch for collection. For replacement of Debits Cards, please be advised that you will need to visit your nearest branch with your ID book.

hi my standard bank card card was swallowed in a nedbank Atm while I was withdrawing, the card and the money never came back. what can I do now?
