Hi my ID no. 8312060740083 I have a home loan but my property is on sale. I applied for payment holiday in September and it was approved. Yesterday (01/12/2020) I called to inquire about interest acquired so that I can make arrangements and payments. The two ladies I spoke to said they can not check for me since my account has already been handed over to legal. I never received any communication from you regarding my account due to non payments so I was shoked and ask the number for legal they gave me on 041 number and when I called there they said no such account has been handed to them.
