Bank statement charges

I cannot accept errors that standard bank show to me about the bank statement charges that they charge me every month, so I used elite account I think I did not qualify for bank statement charges that I did not receive any form of statement or proof of bank statement to my house. I opened my account for saving and investing not for charged for nothing because I am black person. Soi cannot wait for bank abuse that they show me concerning bank statement charges that I cannot see physical or holding. So am so sad about the bank statement charges that they stress my bank performance that I see. The one thing that I know I qualify for R4.95 charges every month , because I used elite account.but bank statement charges I cannot qualify any more.
