Can I Pay off a Home Loan while retaining my Access Bond Facility?

Hi 

I'm wanting confirmation that if I pay my home loan off in full, the account will not close until I instruct the bank to do so.

Also, that I will still have access to my access bond facility - even though I have paid off the loan. 

And finally, that the only amount I will be charged - if my loan is paid off and my account remains open - is a monthly is a service fee?
