If home loan account is not linked on your app you will need to make a call to our Home Loans division here: 011 938 0012 for assistance in scheduling the payment for you. Note, you can also visit the nearest branch for assistance in linking the your home loan into your app.

I forgot to transfer money on time and my debit order for my home loan bounced. How do i pay it now?
