I am sending emails,calling and no response,am paying monthy insurance but no response to my claim

I am appalled by there services. Been a paying client for over 5 years and only claimed once. Yesterday i submitted another claim ( geyster leaking) and still no call. I have had no warm water since 10 last night and i have 2 kids. I requested a sales call because  I am interested in a bond protector and in less than 15 minutes i got a call. I am actually reconsidering the extra policy and canceling the policy i currently have with them

I am so disappointed with your insurance company. You are sending me emails with big words because you don’t want to fix the property yet I am paying every month.
