Good day, could you please forward me a copy of my latest homeloan balance. What is tue settlement value.

And the reason why im asking is because I am interested in buying another property and provide the current one to my parents. So I am looking at an affordability of betweem R1.4 - R1.5 million and currently I qualify for only R1.3 million. So perhaps if I could settle either my current homeloan and my car paymentscalso finishes end of this year. I want to take advantage of the low interest rates coz we dnt knw what it will be like come next year.
