How do I cancel my home loan from abroad?

Hello there.

We recently immigrated and I have just managed to sell my house. I need to cancel the bond asap so as to not incur any penalties or further payments. Unfortunately calling from outside SA is not an option so it will have to be by mail.

Who do I make contact with as there is nothing that I have seen on the site that allows me to do so.
