You will need to consider other options we have for saving your down payment, as we will need a proof of income before considering your application as per regulatory (NCR) National Credit Regulator.

I'm a young aspiring entrepreneur and I've been intestate in the rental property market for some time but unfortunately I'm not working yet I'm still busy with my apprenticeship but I've been thinking of selling my car so that I can have a down payment I can put towards getting a loan. I'm not sure if the bank will finance we if I were to invest maybe R50 000 for a R900 000 property.
