Good morning StdBank Home loans 

I finally got hold of someone on the phone today Melcom after trying since Friday last week - just to be told that they must wait for the email that was send on the 17.04.2020 and this will be betaking a futher 2 - 3 weeks. My question then is if i have you on the phone why do i need to wait for someone to reply to the email? If there is paperwork why cant i have that in the interm?
