Transfer from bond to access acc

Hi. I have an access account and have had to go into the bank each time I need to transfer money over from the bond to the access account. Is there no way that I can do this transfer via online banking? I have online banking on my computer but it only shows the access account and there is no option that I can find to transfer funds from the bond. There are funds available. It woudl be extremely helpful if I don't have to go into the bank as my work hours do not allow for this and I need to take leave each time. Also how would I know how much the bond monthy installment would increase by and when I pay money back into the bond account does the monthly installment decrease again as the funds build up? Thanks
