What policy details can I see on the app?

Community Coordinator

On the app, you can see the following details for each policy:

Policy number
Total monthly premium
Name of the underwriter
The date from which the policy is first effective
An itemised list of all policy contents (including specified items)
You can also email the policy to yourself

Add to the knowledge base

You can nominate posts from the Talk section to the community’s Learn knowledge base.

Just click on the Topic options dropdown above the post and select ‘nominate to knowledge base’.

If the post meets the criteria, we’ll turn it into a knowledge base article.
