How to get your Formal Statements on Online Banking

Follow the below steps on how to retrieve formal statement on our Online Banking:

 

 

Step 1:

 

Successfully sign on into Online Banking, then selects the Transact tab.
You will click on the "Previous Statements" Tile under History.
You will then be directed to the "Send Statements" Page.

Step 2:

 

"Send Statements" page with the following to note: 

Note: “Previous statements are unstamped. For stamped statements, visit transaction history.” 

Note: “You can only access statements for current accounts. For other accounts, please visit your nearest branch.”

Step 3:

 

Send Statements" page with the following to note:
Note: “For statements older than two years, visit your nearest branch.”

Step 4:

 

The drop down is populated with links to the current account statements for the past 24 Months in 1-month intervals.

Step 5:

 

Then the email address text is populated with your digital ID. (Email address used to register for digital platforms).
Alternatively, you can delete the pre-populated email address or enter another valid address and click send.

Step 6:

 

Your statement is emailed to you.
You will not be redirected to a different page but will see a success banner in Green “Statements sent”.

Step 7:

 

Should you successfully send a statement in the session, then you should be able to send the same statement to the same email address  'Send statement again?" pop up will appear.
Click “Send” then the statement is emailed to you.
You will not be redirected to a different page but you will see a success banner in Green “Statements sent”.

Step 8:

 

If you don’t have any current account a message will display "You can only access formal statements for current accounts. For other accounts, please visit your nearest branch.”

Step 9:

 

The are no statements available for the selected current account.
Note:  "You don’t have enough transaction history on this account to show a statement."

Theres no transact tab when i sign in why ??

I opened my app everything gone all blank I'm new to this before yes was showing help thanks or must I go into the bank
