How to view your Personal Identification Number (PIN) on your Mobile App

Follow the below steps on how to view your (Personal Identification Number) PIN:
- You must be logged into the banking App to View Pin”.
- Once logged in, scroll down to more at the bottom of the screen and Select:
>More
>Manage Card
>Under the Manage cards screen, select the preferred cheque or credit card to view pin on.
> Then select “VIEW PIN” under the Pin settings tab.
- You will then be required to complete:
- SA id number (mandatory)
- SA Id number (mandatory)
- By clicking "Next" the customer agrees to T&Cs
- T&C's can be accessed by clicking the link "terms & conditions"
- An OTP will be sent to you and must be entered on this screen.
- Note: This will only happen when you have been “flagged”
- Once you’ve entered the OTP, the PIN will be displayed for 10 seconds.
- Once you’ve viewed the pin, select done.
