If you are not receiving your one-time-PIN (OTP) via SMS, then there may be a problem with the details that we have on record for you. Please visit your nearest Standard Bank branch to confirm the cellphone number that we should have on record for you.

How do I load a beneficiary because whenever I put in the branch code it says it does not exist and it is with all bank brach codes.

How do I load a beneficiary without payi g them? The options are pay, wifhdraw, transfer and buy. I dobt want to pay yet, I jyst want to load

i bought something online from a company and i made payment and we had issues and they refunded me back my money but it's not reflecting it's been 4 days now and the bank they used was Nedbank to refund me back.please help....

You should have received your money within 3 business days. Please ask the company to check with their bank where in the process of the payment they are.

Hi,

 

You can make inter-account transfers by swiping from right to left to open the ‘Transact’ tray. Then, simply select 'Transfer’, and choose the account to send from, and the account to send to. If you are having challenges doing this, please contact our Self service Banking Helpdesk  on 0860 238 837.

Hi.

 

I'm no longer receiving the OTP on my phone (checked email inbox as well). I know the details are correct because I used to get the OTP.

 

It started off last night and still does not work this morning. Is this an intermittent issue or should I reinstall the app?

I tried making a payment by setting up a EFT transfer on Friday from 3 pm till 6 pm 26 August 2016. I clicked resend twice.
I received the first OTP at 3:55pm.
The second after 4pm. Neither of those worked. I attached an image of the 3 OTPs.
I started the transaction at 3:15pm

I tried again at 4pm. I have not since received any of those OTPs at all.

I apologise for the inconvenience caused. There was a issue with the OTP system over the weekend but that has since been resolved.

Please be advised that your OTP's are there for security purposes and we can only change the OTP's number affected or email address. I would like to know if this what you are requesting by deactivating the OTP's?

I went to the bank today to remove my old cellphone number and ask that my OTP gets sent to my email. Now the banking app will not confirm my account with a OTP and the cellphone number that was on file was supposed to be removed today and it is supposed to only ask for an email address... now it's not asking for an email address and I can not access my own account as that old cellphone number does not exist anymore! I'm extremely irritated with this as I now have to drive back to the bank to wait another 2 hours in que only to have them tell me the same thing they told me today! And the irony of it is that they can't check it while I wait because apparently it takes 30-45 minutes to update, and it's now been 3 hours and nothing and the bank is now closed and I'll have to drive another 100km's tomorrow just to do what I tried to do today...

got a new phone and have been trying to for the past 3 days to get my verification code sent to my registered email address but still nothing. Your service sucks, tried the sms banking and telephone banking and cant even get a customer PIN. I cant even check my balance cuz I dont receive sms notifications on my number. you lucky I have a bond with you otherwise I would have left you a long time ago.
