Hi, did an instant money voucher 4 days ago and still cant get the money out. On the atm tells me wrong pin and changed it countless times with no luck. How can I cancel the voucher and get my money back in my account? Please help

Hi,

 

Are you referring to the Instant Money voucher? Unblock an instant money voucher, you can either wait 24hours for the it to unblock or you can cancel, and the sender can send you a new voucher.

I don't know how many times I have been posting this and my patience is getting thin, I've been trying to reset my voucher pins but the app keeps on saying that it has stopped and this money is needed as soon as possible
