Good morning, @sepenam.
Thank you for writing to us.
To resolve this issue, please go to your phone settings.
Choose App,
Click on your Standard Bank app.
On permissions, please enable location.
Then sign on to the banking app, and you will be able to play the lotto.
Please note. The lotto can only be played when you are in SA; if you go abroad or are abroad, it will not be allowed due to Google Play Store policy.
