Adding Upgrading Credit Card to App

I recently upgraded my credit card but I am unable to add it to my dashboard. It still shows the old credit card number. Please help?

Hello @MelissaAlberts,

 

This could be due to your old credit card still showing as linked to you current account. Kindly note that you will need to contact credit card support on 086 120 1000 in order to request that they unlink the old card and link the upgraded new card. Once this process has been done, your new card should appear as a tile on the primary dashboard on your app.
