Address for card delivery

I am trying to get my card delivered to me for my business account but on the APP it keeps writing "Something went wrong" and it shows that it will be delivered to a Branch and I do not want that.

I cannot add an address for my new card to be delivered. As soon as I type the street address it pops back to the previous screen.
Does any body else have the same problem?
