Hi. I purchased Cell C airtime using the mobile banking app, the money has gone off my acc but I have not received the airtime and cant get through to anyone in customer care. I have just recently joined Standard Bank and upon googling this issue, I am disappointed to find that this has happened to other clients before, on numerous occasions. Not all of us can afford for money to just go missing from our accounts. Please resolve urgently.
