I bought R60 MTN airtime on the 21st of August 2018 and I thought it went through but when I tried to make a call yesterday I got an "Insufficient Airtime" message so I thought maybe the transaction didn't go through.
I logged in and bought another R60 and it's not reflecting, I checked my bank statement and the both puchases went off my account but my phone still shows that I have no airtime. I've tried resetting the phone, removing the sim etc. All the basics.
Is there currently an issue with purchasing airtime? I would appreciate it if someone could let me know what's happening so the issue can be resolved.
