All beneficiaries vanished and EAP limit R0 on app after update

All my beneficiaries vanished and my EAP limit is R0 on the mobile app, but all is still there on my online banking. Please advise.

Hi there, 

 

Thank you for the feedback on your experience. The EAP limit feature is currently unavailable, I have however escalated the beneficiary issues to our app developers to review and assist further with resolution on overall app update. I will revert back to you the sooner I receive feedback on this matter.
