Hi, I have an MTN Number ported to Vodacom, I tried to purchase data on Vodacom first & It said technical error, then I tried MTN said the same, HOWEVER, I've just had both purchase payments come through but no data received?

Please be advised that currently it's not possible to refund data purchases as the prompts require that you enter the correct details when making your purchase.
