I have recently changed my phone. I was always able to login to online banking by scanning the QR code with the banking app, but am unable to do so with my new phone. My new phone is a Huawei p40 lite. All I get when I tap on the "scan QR code" button is a message on the bottom of the screen that says "sign in with this device"
