App is useless

I sign in. It doesn’t let me confirm my phone number. If I press the button for it nothing happens. I tried to create a virtual card and it created the tab, but says “you need a transactional account”. If I go to my cards and go to virtual cards it just gives an error message. If I try to do any payments it tells me I need a transactional account. Utterly useless.
