I have updated my phone software and StandardBank App today and I am unable to access any of my standard Bank apps on my iPhone or iPad.

Finally got the app working again. I did the following to resolve my issue:

1) Delete the app and delete the online share trading app as well if you have that installed
2) switch phone off and on
3) download the latest app version. The latest version is currently 3.5.0

This is what worked for me. Hope this helps.

This has been happening to me too . I have reported this 4 days ago and spent hours on the phone and yet Standard bank are as yet unable to solve this problem.
Hopefully we will have a soloution soon
Really frustrating and no reply from Them regarding this issue !!!!

I am using an iPhone 6s and version 3.4.0 of the mobile app. Ever since updating my phone software to IOS 12.1 my banking app keeps crashing after entering my password.
