Hi, my banking app first did not display any info on my dashboard. I'm not sure why.
I thought deleting the app and re-downloading it might fix the problem but it seems to have made it worse.
After downloading the app again and inputting the correct card number and PIN.... I get an error message telling me that my card number is incorrect when it is not. I have also ensured that the pin entered is correct.
My dashboard also does not display online / internet banking.
