I use a Samsung and the banking app opens, but when I click on Sign in nothing happens.
I have uninstalled and re-installed the app twice... no difference.

You will need your ID card/book to link your device. Please follow the steps below to link your device:

* Click more option

* Click user icon or user ID

* Click link & secure your profile
